Everything you need to know about using DocxToWP.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it work with the Block Editor (Gutenberg)?

Yes! DocxToWP handles all the HTML conversion behind the scenes. When you open the post in WordPress, it will work perfectly with both the Classic and Block editors.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

The free version converts as many documents as you like, one at a time, to Posts, Pages or any custom post type. There is no upload cap. Pro is for volume: bulk import up to 100 documents in one run, drip publishing to schedule a batch, SEO automation for Yoast and Rank Math, and one-click rollback with full import history.

Will my images be preserved?

Yes, in both versions. Images embedded in your .docx are extracted, uploaded to your Media Library and placed inline in the post, along with any alt text you set in Word. You can also upload a separate featured image. Pro adds matching companion image files to their documents by filename across a whole batch.
