Drop in up to 100 Word documents
Drag a whole folder of .docx files into the drop zone. Drop images in alongside them and each one is matched to its document by filename. Chapter-01.jpg becomes the featured image for chapter-01.docx.

Review every document before anything is created
Titles are read from each document’s first heading. Edit them inline, check the matched featured image, and untick anything you do not want. Post type, status, author, categories and tags apply to the whole batch.

Set SEO for the batch, or per document
Fill SEO title, focus keyphrase and meta description from templates using {title}, {excerpt} and {sitename}, then override any individual document. Yoast SEO and Rank Math are both written to.

Spread the batch over days or weeks
Turn on drip publishing and every document gets its own publish date instead of going live at once. Pick a start date and interval, skip weekends, and edit any single date by hand before you start.

Watch it run, file by file
Live progress with imported, failed, skipped and remaining counts. A document that fails is isolated to its own row with the reason shown. The rest of the batch keeps going, and you can retry just the failures.
