1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using the DocxToWP plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our software.
2. Software License
DocxToWP is licensed under the GPL v2 or later, just like WordPress itself. This means you are free to modify and redistribute the code.
Pro Version Access
While the software is GPL, access to automatic updates, image extraction features, and premium support is granted only to users with a valid payment for the Pro version.
3. Usage Limits
The Free version of DocxToWP is limited to 5 document uploads per site. This limit is site-wide and remains active even if the plugin is deactivated and reactivated. The Pro version provides unlimited usage for the purchaser.
4. No Warranty
DocxToWP is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to ensure perfect formatting for all .docx files, document structures vary and we do not guarantee compatibility with every possible Word document feature.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DocxToWP or its creators be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the plugin, including but not limited to loss of data or profit.
