When you purchase DocxToWP, we collect your email address and name through our payment processor, DodoPayments.
Your Content is Private
When you use the plugin on your own WordPress site, we do not collect or store any of your document content. All parsing and document processing happens locally on your WordPress server.
2. How We Use Data
- Delivery of your purchase confirmation and plugin zip files.
- Providing technical customer support.
- Sending occasional product updates and security alerts.
- Verifying license activation for Pro features.
3. Third Party Services
We use DodoPayments to process transactions. Your payment information (credit card numbers, etc.) is handled directly by DodoPayments and is never stored on our servers. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
4. Security
The DocxToWP plugin follows WordPress security best practices to protect your site. Since the plugin runs on your server, the security of your documents is consistent with your own hosting environment security.
